Ok turbo tax site says free but now its charging, I filed my taxes 2 months ago and all i paid was 2995?

Now my mom is filing and the sign in page still says its free federal and efile but 2995 for state. But shes gone all the way to the end and it says that shes paying 2995 for Turbo tax and 3495 for state… why would this be? I even checked it over it did the same thing when i checked it for her…. Help….

I would call TurboTax customer support. I just bought mine a few days ago and got the free state download.

I know that when uyou go to their webvsite
its free to file and print your Federal
Return but if you want to efile and state
then it costs money. Thats why its better
to go to store and buy the program 40dls
and you could efile for free, direct deposit
state returns everything is free, you could
even file for other people, and next
year it transfers the info to the next years
program, ive done this a couple of years.
Its a great program.

they will charge you for e-file
