8453-OL Can you print this form before the IRS accepts when using Turbo Tax?

I’m waiting for the IRS to confirm receipt of my electronically filed return that I filed using Turbo Tax. I have to file form 8453-OL, but right now, Turbo Tax does not give me the option to print it.
Do I only get this option once the IRS confirms?

    After it’s accepted it will print. TT is waiting on the DCN number which is assigned by the IRS.
