How soon will you get a tax refund with direct deposit?

Owe back federal tax’s but amount getting refunded will be enough to cover that and still get money back. How long will it delay the rest of the refund to get direct deposited? Longer than the normal 8-15 day’s?

It may take an extra week, but no more then that.

As soon as your tax return gets processed the refund will be offset to your debt and the refund will be released to be refunded. Should be the normal processing time.
(that if the year you owe on has been assessed and your account is showing a balance due. If it has not been assessed then you could receive the refund)
