The regular number is 1-800-829-1040.
Better yet, tell your friend to go to IRS.GOV, where’s my refund, then where’s my stimulus.
If the screen doesn’t show anything, then the rebate isn’t scheduled yet. If if says they isn’t eligible or there is a delay, then she may want to call.
