I had my first part time job last year. I made $1,497.86 and the feds withheld $65.04. I want to file to get the $60 back… But it said I could not efile because I didn’t make enough so what forms do I need and where can I get them?

I was thinking of using Taxcut this year to do my taxes. I’ve read a bunch of reviews, but one that I saw mentioned something about an additional $24.95 (and they said required with efiling) to have direct deposit. Does anyone know about this? Is this an additional $24.95 on top of the $15.95 efile charge? and is that PER RETURN? (so about $40 each to efile state and fed with direct deposit?)

I have efiled for several years and am aware of the fee to do that, but I don’t recall ever having to pay an EXTRA FEE for direct deposit of my refund. What’s up with that? Is this a fee charged by Taxcut or do the Feds and/or states charge this fee now?
