8453-OL Can you print this form before the IRS accepts when using Turbo Tax?

I haven’t sent in my Form 8453-OL. Will it prevent me from getting the IRS stimulus check?

I filed electronically via taxslayer and I have forgotten to send in that form. I just went to look over my return and saw the form. I have already gotten my refund and I know you can send this in late with no problems, but will it prevent me from getting that IRS stimulus check they’re supposed to send out in May? Thanks.
